§ 15:1191 — Claims arising under federal law

Louisiana·Title 15 Criminal Procedure
Except as specifically prohibited by federal law, the provisions of this Part shall also apply to all prisoner suits in state courts asserting claims arising under 42 U.S.C. 1983 or other federal laws.
