Text
As used in this Subpart, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates and requires another or different meaning or intent:
(1)"Commission" means the governing authority of St. James Parish.
(2)"Lease-purchase contract" is the financing and acquisition of property by a person pursuant to an arrangement under which such person acquires title to property, constructs a youth center thereon, and enters into a lease-purchase contract with the commission providing for the leasing of the property, including a youth center, to the parish and the acquisition of title to the property by the parish at the end of the lease period.
