§358. Subversive activities and communist control law; legislative finding of fact and declaration of necessity There exists a world communist movement, directed by the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the other communist bloc nations, which has as its declared objective, world control. Such world control is to be brought about by aggression, force and violence, and is to be accomplished in large by infiltrating tactics involving the use of fraud, espionage, sabotage, infiltration, subversion, propaganda, terrorism and treachery.
