If the party liable fails to pay the fees of the sheriff after they have become due and collectible, the sheriff, upon filing a detailed bill of the fees, with an affidavit showing their correctness and that demand has been made on the party liable, shall be entitled to immediate execution therefor against the party liable and his security. No cost shall be charged on the affidavit or execution. Redesignated from R.S. 33:1512 pursuant to Acts 2011, No. 248, §3.
