§ 13:5225 — Applicability
Louisiana·Title 13 Courts and Judicial Procedure
§5225. Applicability
The provisions of this Part, except as otherwise specifically provided by Book VIII
of the Code of Civil Procedure, shall govern and regulate the procedure in proceedings in the
program.
