§381. Fourth circuit, court of appeal; salary There shall be a crier for the court of appeal, fourth circuit, who shall be appointed by the judges of the court of appeal, fourth circuit, and be commissioned by the civil sheriff for the parish of Orleans as a deputy sheriff, and may receive a salary of forty-eight hundred dollars, per annum, payable monthly by the city of New Orleans, within the discretion of the city council. Amended by Acts 1962, No. 416, §1.
