Every person who shall take a written, recorded, or transcribed statement from any injured person with respect to any accident or with respect to any injury to person or property shall furnish to the person making such statement a true and complete copy thereof; provided, that in no event nor under any circumstances shall any provision of this Section be held, deemed, or construed to require the furnishing of more than two copies of such statement.
