Text

When any code or statutory provision heretofore adopted refers to the court of appeal for the parish of Orleans, it shall be construed hereafter to refer to the court of appeal for the fourth circuit. When any code or statutory provision heretofore adopted refers to the courts of appeal for the first and second circuits, it shall be construed hereafter to refer to the courts of appeal for the first, second, and third circuits.
