Text

A.The salary of the clerk of the First City Court of the City of New Orleans shall be twenty-two thousand dollars per annum payable monthly out of the judicial expense fund of the parish of Orleans. In addition to his salary, the clerk of the First City Court of the City of New Orleans shall receive a sum not to exceed ten percent of his annual salary as an expense allowance. This allowance shall be payable out of the judicial expense fund upon the warrant of the clerk of the First City Court of the City of New Orleans.
B.The salary of the clerk of the Second City Court in the City of New Orleans shall be eighteen thousand seven hundred dollars per annum, payable monthly out of the judicial expense fund of the parish of Orleans.
