§ 12:467 — Not in restraint of trade

Louisiana·Title 12 Conservation of Cultural Resources
No association shall be deemed to be in violation of the anti-trust statutes of this state or a combination in restraint of trade or an illegal monopoly. No association shall be deemed attempting to lessen competition or to fix prices arbitrarily. Marketing contracts or agreements between the association and its members, or any agreement authorized by this Part, shall be considered legal and not in restraint of trade or in violation of the anti-trust statutes of this state. Renumbered from R.S.1950, §12:377 by Acts 1968, No. 105, §3, eff. Jan. 1, 1969.
