Any similar cooperative marketing association, organized under appropriate laws of any other state, for the purposes and with the restrictions and limitations substantially the same as those set forth herein, may operate and do business in this state with all the rights, powers and privileges granted to any cooperative marketing association incorporated under this Part, upon compliance with Chapter 3. Renumbered from R.S.1950, §12:375 by Acts 1968, No. 105, §3, eff. Jan. 1, 1969.
