Text

Upon demand of one-third of the entire board of directors, any matter approved or passed by the board shall be referred to the entire membership for decision at the next regular or special meeting; provided, however, that a special meeting may be called for the purpose. Renumbered from R.S.1950, §12:366 by Acts 1968, No. 105, §3, eff. Jan. 1, 1969.
