Text

The provisions of Part X of Chapter 2 of Title 51 shall not apply to any note, bond or other evidence of indebtedness issued by any cooperative pursuant to this Part to the United States of America or any agency or instrumentality thereof, or to any bank, insurance company, or other lending institution, or to any mortgage or deed of trust executed to secure the same. The provisions of said Part shall not apply to the issuance of membership certificates by any cooperative. Renumbered from R.S.1950, §12:327 by Acts 1968, No. 105, §3, eff. Jan. 1, 1969.
