§703. Domicile of board; meetings
A.The system and its board of trustees shall be domiciled in the parish of East Baton
Rouge.
B.The board of trustees shall meet in regular session at least ten times each calendar
year. The chairman may call special meetings and shall call a special meeting upon the
request of a majority of the total members of the board.
