Text

Any municipality having a population in excess of twenty thousand but not exceeding ninety thousand may adopt ordinances establishing actuarially sound pension and retirement systems, in the benefits of which shall be included all elective and appointive officers and employees of the municipality. Redesignated from R.S. 33:1762 by Acts 1991, No. 74, §3, eff. June 25, 1991.
