§3761. Bus driver's pension and relief fund of the city of Monroe; creation From July 30, 1952, the assets, funds, monies and properties presently constituting the Bus Drivers' Pension Fund of the City of Monroe, Louisiana, shall, together with the funds, proceeds and revenues hereinafter provided for, constitute and be "The Bus Drivers' Pension and Relief Fund of the City of Monroe"; and such fund is hereby dedicated to the pensioning of members with disabilities, members who are superannuated, and retired members of the Bus Drivers' Department of the City of Monroe, and their widows and orphans and for the relief and aid of members of the bus drivers' department in the case of disability as provided in this Part.
