Text

The fund shall consist of the following:

(1)The percentage of the salary hereinafter set forth of the employees of the fire department, who have been employed by the fire department and who are participating in the fund, shall be paid into the fund. Until November 1, 1975, there shall be deducted from the respective salaries, including overtime and supplemental pay, of all employees of the fire department, the amount of six percent of salary. Effective November 1, 1975, the amount of ten percent of the said salaries, including overtime and supplemental pay shall be deducted. The deductions shall be paid semimonthly into the fund by the director of administration of the city of Lafayette.
