§ 11:3045 — Contributions by city
Louisiana·Title 11 Consolidated Public Retirement Systems
A. The City shall make contributions to the system each year on an actuarially funded basis, towards the annuities and benefits herein provided. These contributions shall be equal to the sum of the following:
(1)An amount resulting from the application of a rate percent of compensation of the members, representing the present value of the actuarial reserve requirements for membership service, for such year, for service retirement annuity and disability retirement annuity purposes, and the one-year term premium for the City's liability for death benefits on account of death of members occurring while in service.
