A. In addition to the regular retirement benefits provided by R.S. 11:1942, upon regular retirement, any member who worked as a court reporter, who was employed by Caddo Parish on June 30, 2007, and who received per-page transcription payments shall be paid an additional monthly regular retirement benefit as provided in Subsection B of this Section if he made contributions to the system based upon such payments. B.

(1)The additional monthly benefit shall be based on the monthly average amount of per-page transcription payments for the six highest consecutive or joined calendar years during which a member received such payments and was a member of the fund for the full calendar year, multiplied by the number of calendar years in which the member received such payments, provided that the ser
