Text

A.Any judge in the State of Louisiana who shall have retired from the office of judge under the provisions of Article VII, Section 8(c) of the Constitution of Louisiana and who thereafter, before attaining the age of seventy years, shall have been assigned by order of the supreme court under the provisions of Article VII, Section 8(h) of the Constitution of Louisiana to serve as a judge of another court or courts and who shall have served as judge by assignment continuously for not less than five years and in the aggregate not less than thirty years, shall upon termination of assignment be paid in addition to the retirement pay provided by Article VII, Section 8(c) of the Constitution of Louisiana supplemental retirement pay in the amount of two-thirds of the supplemental pay provided in
