Text

The provisions of R.S. 11:131 shall take precedence over and supersede the provisions of any other law to the extent that such provisions are inconsistent with the provisions thereof. Redesignated from R.S. 42:672 by Acts 1991, No. 74, §3, eff. June 25, 1991.
