§11. Purpose of Chapter The purpose of this Chapter is to serve as a depositary for legislation involved in a continuing process of consolidation of law relative to required contributions to public retirement systems to achieve and maintain those systems on a sound actuarial basis. Acts 1988, No. 81, §2, eff. July 1, 1989.
