§ 83-411 — Severability clause

Kansas·Ch. 83 WEIGHTS AND MEASURES·Art. 4 DISPENSING DEVICES

If any part of this act are [is] held to be invalid or unconstitutional by any court, it shall be conclusively presumed that the legislature would have enacted the remainder of this act without such invalid or unconstitutional part or parts.
