Kan. Stat. Ann. § 83-410 (2026).

Text

Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of K.S.A. 83-401 through 83-410, and amendments thereto, or violating or failing to comply with any authorized rules and regulations of the secretary adopted thereunder, shall be deemed guilty of a class A, nonperson misdemeanor. Each separate violation shall be a separate misdemeanor.
