Text
It is unlawful for any person, other than the secretary or an authorized representative of a city or county department of public inspection of weights and measures established pursuant to K.S.A. 83-210, and amendments thereto, to:
(a)Commit any unlawful act pursuant to K.S.A. 83-219, and amendments thereto; or
(b)violate any of the provisions of chapter 83 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, or any rules and regulations adopted thereunder.
