§ 83-222 — Continuation of rules and regulations
Except as otherwise provided in article 2 of chapter 83 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, all rules and regulations adopted under the provisions of article 1 of chapter 83 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated in existence immediately prior to July 1, 1985, shall continue to be effective and shall be deemed to be the rules and regulations of the secretary of agriculture until revised, amended, repealed or nullified pursuant to law.
