§ 83-220 — Penalty for violations

Kansas·Ch. 83 WEIGHTS AND MEASURES·Art. 2 STANDARDS AND ENFORCEMENT

Any person violating any of the provisions of article 2 of chapter 83 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, or violating any rules and regulations adopted thereunder shall be guilty of a class A, a nonperson misdemeanor.
