§ 80-2510 — Same; hospital board; compensation; expenses

Kansas·Ch. 80 TOWNSHIPS AND TOWNSHIP OFFICERS·Art. 25 HOSPITALS AND HEALTHCARE FACILITIES
Members of the board may be allowed compensation by majority vote of the qualified electors voting at an annual meeting and, if allowed, such compensation shall be in an amount determined by the qualified electors voting at the annual meeting. If compensation is allowed, the board may allow the secretary additional compensation. All members may also be reimbursed for any actual and necessary personal expenses incurred as a member of the board, including an allowance for mileage, in the amount fixed under K.S.A. 75-3203 and amendments thereto for each mile actually traveled while engaged in hospital business.
