§ 80-2003 — Resolution of township board; publication; protests
The township board of any township having a public water supply shall have the power to create a sewage district as hereinafter provided. Such action shall be taken by resolution of said township board, which shall be published for six days in the official county newspaper of the county within which such township is located, if the same be a daily newspaper, and for two consecutive weeks if the same be a weekly newspaper, and shall describe the boundaries of such proposed sewage district in sufficient detail with reference to established roads, street, section lines and other fixed locations, so that any property owner may readily ascertain whether or not his or her property is located therein, but need not include the legal description of such property, in whole or in part: Provided, howe
