Following the two (2) hearings and meetings as hereinbefore set out, the township board shall promptly designate, organize and fix the boundaries of the special fire protection district, or deny the petition. The official decision and order of the township board shall be entered on the records of the township and certified copy thereof, together with map and description of such special fire protection district shall be filed in the office of the county clerk of the county in which such township is located. If any taxpayer of any organized special fire protection district desires to appeal from the order of the township board, same may be accomplished by filing notice of appeal within five (5) days from date of order of the township board with such township and such county clerk and the gri
