§ 75-6401 — Short title

Kansas·Ch. 75 STATE DEPARTMENTS; PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES·Art. 64 PROMPT PAYMENT BY GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

K.S.A. 75-6401 to 75-6407, inclusive, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas prompt payment act.
