§ 71-802 — Loss of approval of college; loss of state aid
Loss of approval of college; loss of state aid. At any time, if the state board of regents finds that a community college previously approved or deemed approved has failed to comply with the provisions of this act or with any provision of a rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this act, or fails to meet the standards contained in this act, the state board of regents shall so advise the board of trustees. If after 12 calendar months after any such notification such board of trustees has failed to correct the deficiency noted, the state board of regents shall withdraw approval of the community college and it shall not be eligible for state aid during the continuance of any such period of withdrawal.
