§ 71-1106 — Same; certification of order establishing
The order establishing any new community college shall be certified to the election officer or officers of the county or counties in which any part of the territory of the community college is located, and to the board of education of any sponsoring school district, and a copy of such order shall be filed in the records of the state board.
