§ 71-213 — Same; budget authorization
Kansas·Ch. 71 SCHOOLS - COMMUNITY COLLEGES·Art. 2 ORGANIZATION, POWERS AND FINANCES OF BOARDS OF TRUSTEES
The board of trustees is hereby authorized to budget and expend such amounts for early retirement incentive programs as the board may deem to be necessary and desirable.
