§ 71-1806 — Same; no state aid for certain credit hours
Kansas·Ch. 71 SCHOOLS - COMMUNITY COLLEGES·Art. 18 POSTSECONDARY TIERED TECHNICAL EDUCATION STATE AID ACT
No amount of postsecondary tiered technical education state aid shall be based upon any credit hour for which the eligible institution is receiving or eligible to receive state aid for non-tiered course credit hours.
