§ 71-1804 — Same; certification of information provided

In accordance with deadlines established and published by the state board of regents, the chief administrative officer of each eligible institution shall certify under oath to the state board any information the state board deems necessary to carry out the provisions of K.S.A. 71-1801 through 71-1810, and amendments thereto, in such form as required by the state board.
