Text
(a)No suit, action or other proceeding, judicial or administrative, lawfully commenced, or which could have been commenced, by or against any area vocational school or area vocational-technical school consolidated with a community college in accordance with the provisions of this act, or by or against any personnel of any such area vocational school or area vocational-technical school, shall abate by reason of such consolidation. The court may allow any such suit, action or other proceeding to be maintained by or against the community college with which such area vocational school or area vocational-technical school is consolidated.
