§ 71-1510 — Hutchinson community college authorized to acquire certain land and construct public radio repeater station

Kansas·Ch. 71 SCHOOLS - COMMUNITY COLLEGES·Art. 15 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the board of trustees of Hutchinson community college is authorized to acquire land which is located in Barton county, Kansas, to construct a public radio repeater station on such land, and to do all things necessary in order to provide for interconnection between public radio station KHCC and such repeater station.
