(a)There is hereby established in every community college conducting a truck driver training course a fund which shall be called the "truck driver training course fund." The truck driver training course fund shall consist of all moneys deposited therein or transferred thereto according to law. All moneys received by community colleges from distributions made from the truck driver training course fund and from tuition, fees or charges for truck driver training courses shall be credited to the truck driver training course fund. The expenses of community colleges directly attributable to truck driver training courses shall be paid from the truck driver training course fund.
