Text
All employees of the community college who may have been employed by a board of education and who were included in a retirement system of such board shall retain all rights, privileges and obligations of such membership so long as they continue as employees of the community college. All provisions of law governing such retirement system, including contributions and benefits, shall continue to apply except that the community college shall annually pay to the retirement system an amount equal to that which would have been paid on behalf of said employees had they remained in the employ of such board of education. Personnel employed by the board of trustees of a community college shall come under the provisions of the Kansas school retirement law as set forth in article 55 of chapter 72 of Ka
