§ 66-910 — Same; appeal from award

Kansas·Ch. 66 PUBLIC UTILITIES·Art. 9 EMINENT DOMAIN
An appeal from the condemnation award may be taken by the governor in the name of the state, by the service of notice of appeal as provided in K.S.A. 26-508 without the giving of an appeal bond.
