Text
Upon failure to comply with the provisions of the motor carrier law or other laws of the state relating to motor carriers, or upon failure to comply with motor carrier rules and regulations of the commission, or the department of revenue relating to taxation of motor carriers, the commission may suspend or completely revoke, at any time, any permit, certificate or interstate license after notice and an opportunity to be heard has been given to the grantee in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
