§ 66-807 — Same; sale contrary to act void

Kansas·Ch. 66 PUBLIC UTILITIES·Art. 8 FORECLOSURE PROCEEDINGS

Any sale made contrary to the provisions of this act shall be absolutely void, and shall convey no title or interest whatever to any purchaser.
