Text
Any person who shall willfully and corruptly swear, testify or affirm falsely to any material matter, upon any oath or affirmation or declaration legally administered in any cause, matter or proceeding before the corporation commission or any member thereof, or in any return, answer or report required to be made, shall be deemed guilty of willful and corrupt perjury, and shall be punished by imprisonment in the custody of the secretary of corrections for a term not exceeding seven years.
