§ 66-1603 — Damages and costs

Kansas·Ch. 66 PUBLIC UTILITIES·Art. 16 TAMPERING WITH UTILITY EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE; CIVIL PENALTIES

In any civil action brought pursuant to K.S.A. 66-1602, the utility may recover as damages three times the amount of actual damages, if any, plus the costs of the suit as defined in K.S.A. 60-2003.
