§ 66-1216 — "Affiliated interest" defined

Kansas·Ch. 66 PUBLIC UTILITIES·Art. 12 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

For the purpose of this act, the term "affiliated interest" shall include the interest so designated and defined in K.S.A. 74-602a.
