Text
Every railroad corporation, bureau, corporation, association or partnership, and every person, officer, agent and employee thereof, violating any of the provisions of K.S.A. 66-1203, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars for each offense.
