Text
It shall be the duty of the attorney general, on complaint of any citizen of the state that such unlawful structure is being erected, to bring an action in the name of the state, in any court of competent jurisdiction, to enjoin the erection of any such structure not having the clearance provided for in section 1 [66-1201].
