Text
It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation or municipality to erect, build or construct any overhead crossing or viaduct over and across the tracks or right of way of any railroad or railway company, without providing a clear space or clearance of not less than 22 feet from the top of the rail or rails of such railroad or railway tracks to the lowest girder under said elevated structure.
