§ 66-118h — Same; bond, guarantee or surety, on stay or suspension pending review; collection and distribution of funds in excess of final order

Kansas·Ch. 66 PUBLIC UTILITIES·Art. 1 POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION
In case the order or decision of the commission is stayed or suspended, the order or judgment of the court shall not become effective until a suspending bond or other satisfactory guarantee or surety shall have been executed by or on behalf of the party petitioning for the stay and filed with and approved by the court, payable to the people of the state of Kansas, sufficient in amount and security to secure the prompt payment, by the party petitioning for the stay, of all damages caused by the delay in the enforcement of the order or decision of the commission, and repayment of all moneys which any person, firm, corporation or any organization or association of any kind or character may be compelled to pay for any service in excess of the charges fixed by the order or decision of the commi
